2011-2012 Spotlight

Section6Runs encourages student-athletes and their coaches to complete the questionnaire below so individuals can be recognized for their hard work and dedication to the sport of XC and Track & Field. There is no specific criteria to be considered.

Individuals should complete the questions in the document below and the general model release. Send the documents back to Section6Runs via email or fax. The return information is contained in the documents. Also, please include a photo image and send it in via email if possible in jpeg format. If there is a photo image of the individual on the Section6Runs website, please indicate what page and the image number.
