Section6Runs Privacy Statement

This site is crafted and maintained voluntarily by a parent of a high school student/athlete and is not sanctioned nor governed by NYSPHSAA, Section 6 Athletics, ECIC, the Niagara Frontier League, Niagara-Orleans, Buffalo Schools, Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Atheltic Assoc, or the Msgr. Martin Assoc athletics or any other public or parochial school or school district in the State of New York (or any other state for that matter).

If your name or photo is mistakenly used on this site and you do not wish it to be, please email me immediately and I will remove any reference to and any images of the student/athlete in question.

If you don't mind having your image and/or name on the site, please download the model release document, complete it (if you are under 18 years young, please have one of your parents complete it) and either fax it or mail it to me. The information is contained on the release.

This release is necessary to protect you and me from the "legal eagles" who make life such a joy. Once you have completed the release and have sent it in, it goes into my file where it is good for your high school career.

I will not sell the student-athletes names, images or contact information to outside interests. I reserve the right to use the information in a legal manner for marketing and promotion Section6Runs only.

The intention of this site is to give the student/athletes recognition of their accomplishments, nothing else.

As a parent of a former Section 6 student-athlete, I enjoy the competiveness and comraderie of the kids and thought this would be something cool for them to have for their own. I welcome input about the site and any cross country/track photo images you may wish to contribute.
