What do you enjoy about running?
The people I’ve met! From some really great coaches, and a lot of good friends. I don’t know what the last three years of high school would have been like without XC and track. |
What has been the highlight of your running career thus far?
Running at the in Sedona, Monument Valley and at the Grand Canyon this summer definitely tops my list. Being my first time running outside of NY, it was an incredible surprise. |
| What is your favorite running or field event? The 1600m. 1,2,3,4… I can keep track of that! |
| What is your favorite food? Apparently, I have seasonal preferences. All winter I’ve been thinking about steak, but lately I’ve been having a strange longing for Jell-O. |
| Who is your favorite musical group or individual? Nobody in particular, although I thought Scooch and The Teapacks were both pretty hilarious at Eurovision 07’. |
What is one of your favorite movies?
Gladiator...Ave Caeser! |
| Favorite subject in school and why? History, by far, ranks as my favorite. Descartes, Mill, Voltaire, More, Plato, Machiavelli, Goldsmith all are such good reads that I can’t imagine how people can turn their backs on the humanities. |
Where do you see yourself in 20 years?
Not injured, still running, and doing so with old and new friends.
