What do you enjoy about running?
I love the experience of setting goals that everyone else thinks are impossible and exceeding them.
What has been the highlight of your running career thus far?
My favorite running memories are qualifying for XC states as a team my junior year, and the three summers I went to Aim High Running Camp.
What is your favorite running or field event?
I've loved the 1500m since I was in seventh grade!
What is your favorite food? Definitely apples and dark chocolate!
Who is your favorite musical group or individual?
I really like Coldplay, the Red Hot Chili Peppers and anything you can dance to.

What is one your favorite movies?
My Favorite movies are "Bridget Jones Diaries" and "How to Lose A Guy in Ten Days."

Who is your role model and why?
I have a few role models. I would never have started running if it wasn't for my older sister, Justine. I look up to Amy Fakterowitz who was my middle school coach and still helps me out, along with Jenny Koeppell, who graduated from my high school. They both have continued very successful running careers and are very knowledgeable.
Favorite subject in school and why?
I love all science classes especially biology, sports and exercise science, anatomy and physiology. I'm really interested in how the body works and how it reacts to the outside world.

Where do you see yourself in 20 years?
In twenty years I plan to be a registered Dietitian, counseling athletes with eating disorders. I'll be thirty-seven and I bet I'll still be a part of the Checkers Running Club.

I would  like to be coaching, and have a family. I want to marry a runner because those who are like the Anchorman Ron Burgundy, and think that jogging may be pronounced "yogging" with an accent, just do not make the cut!
